Class 10 Student on Way to Appear Board Exam Crushed to Death by Truck in Sundargarh

Rourkela: A Class X student, identified as Amran Ray of Dhelasara village was run over by a truck near Chakramal in Odisha’s Sundargarh district on Tuesday morning.

The student met with the accident while he was on his way to Nialipali High School on a bike to appear for the High School Certificate (matric) board examination.

Following a head-on collision of the bike with the truck, the victim fell off the two-wheeler and his head was crushed under the wheels of the truck. He died on the spot.

Angry locals blocked the road at the spot of the accident for some time. Police rushed to the spot to pacify the protestors.
