Elvish Yadav Confesses Arranging Snake Venom for Rave Parties: Sources

New Delhi: Youtuber Elvish Yadav has admitted to arranging snakes and snake venom at rave parties organized by him, reported NDTV quoting police sources.

According to reports, Yadav has also confessed during his police interrogation that he knew the other accused arrested for supplying snake venom in 2023.

Earlier, Yadav had denied his involvement in the case.

Elvish was arrested on Sunday by the Noida police in connection with an investigation into the alleged use of snake venom as a recreational drug at a party. Five people were arrested from a banquet hall in Sector 51 on November 3 and nine snakes, including five cobras, rescued from their possession while 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also seized. Yadav was not present at the party.

Yadav, a winner of Bigg Boss OTT, was later produced in a special court in Surajpur which sent him to 14-day judicial custody.

He was among six people named in an FIR lodged at Noida’s Sector 49 police station on November 3 last year. The five other accused, identified as snake charmers, who were arrested in November, are currently out on bail.
