Karnataka Hospital Offers Free Delivery of Newborns to Mark Ram Mandir Consecration

Bengaluru: JSS Super Speciality Hospital, a private hospital in Karnataka’s Vijayapura district has announced free delivery of newborns at its facility from January 18 to January 22 to celebrate the Ram temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya. ‘Shri Siddeshwar Loka Kalyana Charitable Trust’, which runs the JSS Super Speciality Hospital, declared this decision.

Starting from January 18, delivery of all the newborn babies at the hospital will be done for free till January 22 to celebrate ‘Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha’ in Ayodhya.

On January 18, seven deliveries were made free of cost at the hospital.

Vijayapura MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal hailed the initiative as “Ayodhya Celebration”. According to him, the male child born at the hospital during these five days will be considered as a form of Rama and the newborn female child will be considered as a form of Sita.
