Lingaraj Temple Servitor Arrested For Misbehaving With Female Foreign Tourist

Bhubaneswar: A servitor of Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly misbehaving with a female foreign tourist.

The arrested servitor of the Lingaraj temple was identified as Kundu Mahapatra. Police took action against him following a complaint lodged by the foreign national.

According to sources, the servitor allegedly misbehaved with the woman from abroad near the North Gate of the Lingaraj temple. A case under Sections 354 and 354A of the IPC has been registered against the arrested servitor. The accused is being interrogated.
