Lioness Rewa Gives Birth to 3 Cubs in Nandankanan Zoo

Bhubaneswar: Three lion cubs were born at the Nandankanan Zoological Park in Bhubaneswar. Asiatic lioness Rewa has given birth to its first litter in the zoo, which includes three cubs.

With these new cubs, the number of lions in Nandankanan rose to 24.

The newborn lion cubs are kept in the feeding chamber of the veterinary hospital on Nandankanan premises. According to authorities of the Nandankanan Zoological Park, both the mother and the cubs are healthy.
