Maoist Camp Busted by BSF in Malkangiri District

Malkangiri: Personnel of the Border Security Force (BSF) unearthed a secret Maoist camp in Odisha’s Malkangiri district on Thursday.

This secret camp of Naxalites was located during a search operation conducted by the BSF in Malkangiri district’s Tussi Hills.

The BSF Jawans recovered a large amount of Maoist material from the camp. The seized goods included walkie-talkies, tiffin bomb steel container, grenade, mao pamphlets etc.

The red rebels hiding in the camp were planning to target the security personnel. But the Maoists managed to escape. A combing operation by the BSF is underway in the area to track down the Maoists.
