MLA Prafulla Samal’s Son Prayaskanti Interrogated by ED for 18 Hrs

Bhubaneswar: The officials of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) interrogated Prayaskanti Samal, son of BJD MLA from Bhandaripokhari, Prafulla Samal for around 18 hours.

As per reports, Prayaskanti reached the ED office in Bhubaneswar at 10.30 am on Tuesday and he left the place at around 4:30 am on Wednesday.

Speaking to the media, Prayaskanti said, he will soon reveal the details.

According to reports, Prayaskanti was grilled by three teams of the ED, including a scientific team of the central investigating agency.

The ED officials recorded his statement related to the alleged Barpada Engineering College money laundering case.

On February 15, ED officials raided 10 locations linked to the MLA and his son in Bhadrak and Bhubaneswar. On February 28, Prafulla Samal deposed before the ED officials in Bhubaneswar and he was interrogated for around eight hours.
