New Delhi: An online summit of the Group of 20 (G20) is to be held on November 22. PM Narendra Modi will chair this online summit.

It will be the first online summit in the G20 annals. The online summit will be held nine days before Brazil formally assumes the Presidency from December 1.

The names of leaders who will participate in this online summit have not been declared yet. According to MEA Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi, New Delhi had already sent out invitations to the online summit and expected as many leaders from G20 countries to attend as possible.
