India’s batsmen have been the standout performers in the Asia Cup 2023. Notable contributions from the likes of Hardik Pandya and Ishan Kishan against Pakistan, along with stellar performances by Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill against Nepal, have set the tone for India’s campaign.

However, India’s bowling unit has faced challenges. They struggled to contain Nepal, allowing them to post a respectable total of 230-10. India will need to address these issues as they progress in the tournament.

Pakistan, on the other hand, has displayed a balanced performance with both bat and ball. Their pacers, Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf, have impressed against Nepal and India, delivering stellar performances. They continued their momentum against Bangladesh.

Pakistan’s batsmen, including Babar Azam and Iftikhar Ahmed, have shone brightly against Nepal and Bangladesh. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a chance to showcase their skills against the formidable Indian team.
