Passenger’s Mobile Phone Explodes Compelling Emergency Landing of Plane

New Delhi: The cell phone of a passenger exploded during takeoff of a Delhi-bound Air India flight compelling the emergency landing of the plane at Udaipur airport in Rajasthan.

Pilots of the plane opted for an emergency landing after smoke was seen in the plane.

After checking and fixing the issue, the plane took off from Udaipur around an hour after the emergency landing.
