PM Modi Sets Agenda for 3rd Term, Asks Ministers to Draft 100-Day Roadmap: Reports

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections with confidence, reportedly directing his ministers to draft a comprehensive roadmap for the first 100 days and subsequent five years of a new government. The BJP aims for a third consecutive term in power, with the election dates announced yesterday by the Election Commission to commence on April 19 and conclude on June 1, with results on June 4.

During a cabinet meeting earlier today, PM Modi reportedly urged his ministers to engage with departmental secretaries and officials to outline the agenda. Emphasizing key goals for a potential third term, PM Modi aims to elevate India to the rank of the world’s third-largest economy by bolstering the manufacturing sector, strengthening supply chains, and generating employment opportunities.

In a recent address to the Lok Sabha during the budget session, PM Modi expressed confidence in India’s ascension to the world’s third-largest economy under the NDA’s third term, advancing from its current fifth position.
