PM Modi to Hold Roadshow in Bhubaneswar Today

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold a roadshow in Bhubaneswar on Friday evening to campaign for the BJP candidates.

PM Modi will take part in a roadshow that will start from Master Canteen Square and end at Vani Vihar.

After the roadshow, the PM will spend the night in Bhubaneswar. On May 11 (Saturday), he will take part in a public meeting in Balangir.

Adequate security arrangements have been made for the PM’s roadshow. Around 55 platoons of police force, 5 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs), 10 Additional DCPs, 27 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), 41 Inspectors, and 180 other officers will monitor the security of the raodshow.

Apart from them, three units of the anti-terrorist Special Tactical Unit (STU) will also be on duty. The entire route of the roadshow will be cordoned off. Sniffer dogs and bomb squads will add to the security.

This is PM Modi’s second election campaign visit to Odisha within a week. On May 5, he made a night stay in Bhubnaeswar and addressed election rallies in Berhampur and Nabarangpur on the next day.
