Puri-Cuttack ‘Mo Bus’ Catches Fire, Passengers Escape Unhurt

Cuttack: All passengers had a lucky escape when a ‘Mo Bus’ travelling from Puri to Cuttack caught fire near CDA Sector-9 in Cuttack on Friday. All the passengers were rescued safely. No injuries were reported.

Due to yet to be ascertained reason the bus caught fire in the middle of the road.

The driver of the bus spotted smoke emanating from the bus near Cuttack CDA Sector-9. He immediately parked the bus and alerted all passengers to get down as early as possible.

On being informed, a team of fire fighters rushed to the spot and doused the flames. An investigation is on to find out the  exact reason behind the fire accident.
