Sadhguru Undergoes Emergency Brain Surgery After ‘Life-Threatening Bleeding’

New Delhi: Renowned spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev recently underwent a critical brain surgery at a Delhi hospital, as confirmed by his Isha Foundation. The surgery was prompted by a “life-threatening” bleeding in the brain, which had caused severe headaches persisting for four weeks.

Despite enduring intense pain, Sadhguru maintained his commitments, even leading spiritual celebrations. However, upon experiencing worsening symptoms, including weakness in his left leg and persistent vomiting, he was admitted to the hospital on March 17.

An urgent MRI revealed a significant brain bleed, necessitating immediate surgical intervention. Following the procedure, Sadhguru’s condition has been steadily improving, surpassing expectations.

In a light-hearted remark shared from his hospital bed, Sadhguru humorously noted the surgeons’ inability to find any issues upon operating, quipping about having a “totally empty” skull.
