Shah Rukh Khan Hospitalised In Ahmedabad Due to Dehydration

Ahmedabad: Bollywood superstar and global icon Shah Rukh Khan was reportedly admitted to KD Hospital in Ahmedabad after suffering from dehydration, according to reports.

The 57-year-old actor was in the city to support his IPL franchise, Kolkata Knight Riders, during their match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2024 Qualifier 1.

Reports suggest that SRK complained of discomfort due to dehydration, prompting his hospitalisation. Details regarding his current condition are awaited, as fans eagerly hope for his speedy recovery.

Ahmedabad and the entire western region of India have been grappling with extreme heat conditions.

After KKR’s victory over SRH, Khan met with players and staff from both teams and even took a lap of honour to express his gratitude to the over 70,000 fans who attended the match at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming project, an action thriller titled “The King,” directed by Sujoy Ghosh, has garnered attention. The movie, with a reported budget of Rs 200 crore, features Shah Rukh as a mentor to Suhana’s character, drawing comparisons to the acclaimed 1994 action film “Leon.”
