Stray Dog Kills 2-Tr-Old Child in Gujarat

Ahmedabad: In another incident of stray dog menace, a child in Gujarat was killed in a fatal attack by a street dog.

This sad incident occurred on the premises of a ceramic factory on Matel Road in Morbi city on July 11.

According to reports, a two-and-a-half-year-old boy, the son of a couple working at the factory, was attacked by a stray dog while he was playing on the factory premises.

The seriously injured child was admitted to a hospital in Wankaner, where he was declared dead.

Similar incidents of deaths of children due to stray dog attacks are coming from different parts of the country. Stray dogs mauled an 11-year-old boy Divyang boy to death at Muzhappilangad in Kerala’s Kannur district on June 12. On May 2, a pack of stray dogs mauled a 12-year-old boy to death in the CB Ganj area in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly.
