Watch: Coach of Bhopal-Delhi Vande Bharat Express Catches Fire

New Delhi: A coach of Bhopal- Delhi Vande Bharat Express caught fire on Monday morning. According to railway sources, a fire broke out in the battery box of the coach when the train left Rani Kamalapati station for Nizamuddin station in New Delhi.

No one was hurt in this accident. Around 22 passengers in the coach that caught fire were shifted to other coaches immediately. The fire occurred at Kurwai Kethora station.

This accident fire accident occurred at around 6.45 am in the battery box of C-12 coach. The train was immediately stopped between Kurwai and Kaithora stations in Vidisha district when railway officials came to know about the fire.

A fire broke out in the battery box of one of the coaches on the Vande Bharat Express at Kurwai Kethora station. A team of fire brigade officials doused the fire.

Visuals of the incident showed fire in one of the coaches, while some people were seen trying to douse off the fire.
