Nursing Officer at Govt Hospital Molests Female Staff in Rajasthan; Arrested

Jaipur: A nursing officer posted at a government hospital in Churu district in Rajasthan was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly molesting a female employee.

She was employed as a ward boy in the hospital.

After being tormented by the accused, the victim attempted suicide by consuming poison on August 17. She is undergoing treatment at a hospital.

On her complaint, police arrested the erring nursing officer Subhash Chandra Sihag and he was booked under relevant sections of BNS and the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
