Man Beheads Wife Over Suspected Infidelity, Surrenders to Police with Severed Head in Odisha’s Nayagarh

Nayagarh: In a shocking incident that unfolded in Odisha’s Nayagarh district today, a man allegedly beheaded his wife suspecting her of infidelity.

The accused, identified as Arjun Bagha of Bidapaju village, surrendered to the police shortly after the crime, carrying the severed head with him.

According to reports, Bagha killed his wife using a sharp weapon and then placed her head in a gunny bag before walking to the Banigochha police station. He confessed to the crime to the police officers on duty.

The police have detained Bagha and are currently investigating the incident. They have also reached Bidapaju to gather further information and evidence.
