Youth Hacks Mother To Death Over Petty Quarrel In Deogarh

Deogarh: A youth hacked his mother to death at Katrapali hamlet under Reamal police station limits in Deogarh district on Monday night.

As per reports, the deceased identified as Kuntala Kishan of Katrapali, was murdered by her son following a quarrel over some trivial matter.

The accused Suresh Kishan killed his mother with a sharp hatchet.

Coming to know about the incident, the villagers restrained Suresh on Tuesday morning and handed him over to the police.

The police have initiated an investigation into the murder. The body was seized and sent for postmortem.
