CBSE Extends Registration Deadline for Private Students Appearing in 2024 Board Exams

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the submission deadline for examination forms by private students appearing in the 2024 board exams. Private candidates in class 10 and 12 now have until October 18, 2023, to submit their forms without incurring any late fees. Late submissions will be accepted from October 19 to 25, 2023.

Previously, the registration deadline for private students preparing for CBSE class 10-12 board exams in 2024 was October 11. To register for the exams, students can visit the official CBSE website.

Additionally, CBSE has announced the examination dates for classes 10 and 12 for the academic year 2023-24. The board exams for private students will commence on February 15, 2024, and conclude on April 10, 2024.

In a recent update, CBSE has also released the schedule for practical exams in schools located in winter-bound regions. The practical exams for students in these areas will start on November 14, 2023, and continue until December 14, 2023.
