Veteran actor Al Pacino has finalized a custody arrangement and child support agreement with his partner, Noor Alfallah, for their five-month-old son, Roman. According to court documents, Pacino will pay $30,000 per month in child support, along with an initial upfront payment of $110,000. Additionally, he will cover any medical expenses not covered by insurance and contribute $15,000 annually towards the child’s education.
The custody agreement grants joint legal custody to both parents, with Ms. Alfallah retaining primary physical custody of Roman. While the couple remains in a relationship, the reasons behind Ms. Alfallah’s initial custody filing have not been publicly disclosed.
Pacino and Alfallah, a film producer from a prominent Kuwaiti-American family, began their relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic. They welcomed their son, Roman, in June. This is Pacino’s fourth child, with three others from previous relationships.
The child support amount is reportedly based on Pacino’s annual income of $2.5 million.
In related news, actor Robert De Niro, known for his iconic role in “The Godfather 2,” recently welcomed his seventh child with girlfriend Tiffany Chen.
