‘Fighter’ Served Legal Notice by Air Force Officer Over Hrithik-Deepika Kiss Scene

Mumbai: An Air Force officer from Assam, Saumya Deep Das has served a legal notice against the makers of the movie ‘Fighter’ objecting a kissing scene of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone wearing the Indian Air Force uniform.

The Air Force officer alleged that this kissing scene was an insult to the IAF.

This kissing scene is at the end of the movie which revolves around two ace fighter pilots, Patty (Roshan) and Pragnya (Padukone), who are posted in Jammu and Kashmir. In this scene, the lead pair of the film locks lips in the Air Force uniform.

In this war movie, the 2019 Pulwama attack, the 2019 Balakot airstrike, and the 2019 India-Pakistan border are mentioned. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand and also has Anil Kapoor.

Fighter is doing well at the box office and its worldwide collection is marching towards Rs 350 crore.
