Filming of Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ and ‘Lahore: 1947’ to Start in February

Mumbai: Shooting of Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ and ‘Lahore: 1947’ is expected to start in February.

Aamir, who is known for his aspiration for perfection will produce ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, in which he will be seen as the main lead. Genelia D’Souza, will be the female lead in this movie to be directed RS Prasanna. The filming of this movie is expected to start on February 2.

With 70 to 80 working days allocated to the project, this is going to be one of the speediest deliveries by the actor.

His other major cinematic venture, ‘Lahore: 1947’ will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi with Sunny Deol as the lead character. Aamir Khan is the producer of the movie that will recreate the times of the partition. It is to hit the floors on February 12, 2024.
