Pankaj Tripathy Eyeing to Direct a Movie

Mumbai: Two-time National Award winner actor Pankaj Tripathi has shown interest in venturing into the arena of movie direction.

In an interview with ANI, Pankaj disclosed that he doesn’t want to be confined to acting alone. According to him, he may think of directing a film in next five to ten years if he gets a captivating story.

He was confident about his directorial skills.

Pankaj Tripathy’s next film ‘Main Atal Hoon’ is slated for release on January 19. It is a biopic on the life of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Tripathi is known for his method acting and unconventional choice of roles. His performances in ‘Mimi,’ ‘Gangs of Wasseypur,’ ‘Mirzapur,’ and ‘OMG 2,’ have been appreciated by critics as well as the general audience.
