Shekhar Suman Plans to Bring Back Hit Shows ‘Movers N Shakers’ and ‘Dekh Bhai Dekh’

Mumbai: After his success in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s OTT debut, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, Shekhar Suman is planning to bring back his hit old shows Movers N Shakers and Dekh Bhai Dekh.

In an interview with News18, Shekhar Suman hinted that the new version of Movers N Shakers will premiere on an OTT platform.

The actor said, “I just waited for the opportune moment. I think now is the time to bring it back”.

“In fact two of my iconic shows – Movers N Shakers and Dekh Bhai Dekh – are on the verge of being developed. It’s too early to talk about them because they’re both at a nascent stage. But it will and should happen,” he said.

Shekhar Suman’s Dekh Bhai Dekh was first telecast on DD in 1993. His chat show, Movers N Shakers began in 1997 and ran till 2001.

Dekh Bhai Dekh serial was produced by Jaya Bachchan and also had Navin Nischol, Farida Jalal, Bhavana Balsavar, Deven Bhojani, Sushma Seth, N K Shivpuri, Vishal Singh, Urvashi Dholakia and Nattasha Singh in key roles.
