To do this, take a spoonful of virgin coconut oil in the mouth and keep moving it around in the mouth for about 10 to 15 minutes. After this, rinse off and brush with your normal toothpaste. You can start the morning with oil pilling.

Turmeric in mustard oil- You must have heard a lot from your grandparents about applying turmeric mixed with mustard oil. If you apply it on teeth, then you can get many benefits from it.
