Gmail Down Across Globe, Users Not Receiving Mails

New York: Email service provider Gmail or Google Mail are down for many users across the world as several users were seen complaining of undelivered emails and an unresponsive Gmail app.

Both the app and the desktop version of Gmail have been affected.

Downdetector has confirmed that there has been a significant outage across the United Kingdom, which has been reported from other parts of the world too; several users in India also faced issues with the Google-owned email service.

Gmail, which has over 1.5 billion users worldwide, was among the top downloaded apps of 2022.

A couple of hours after the outage was first reported, Downdetector continued to show the email service in the red.
