Shift Ex-PM Imran Khan’s Wife to Jail, Orders Pakistani Court

A Pakistan court on Wednesday ordered that Bushra Bibi, the wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan should be shifted to a jail from house arrest, informed her lawyer.

At present Bushra Bibi is under house arrest at Imran Khan’s hilltop mansion in Islamabad. Along with her husband, she was convicted earlier this year on charges of selling state gifts illegally

According to her lawyer, Naeem Panjutha, she had challenged the house arrest.
