Kanpur Bride Elopes from Beauty Parlor With Boyfriend, Groom Returns Home With Procession

Kanpur: While the groom’s procession was on its way to the wedding venue, the bride eloped with her boyfriend in Kanpur. She was at a beauty parlour to get ready for the marriage ceremony.

The groom and his wedding procession were compelled to return empty-handed. The woman’s father has registered a complaint regarding the matter with the police and the girl is being searched for.

This incident occurred in Kanpur’s Chaubepur village on January 30. Along with a friend, the bride went to the beauty parlour to get ready for the wedding ceremony. But she allegedly escaped with her boyfriend.

When the bride’s family found that she had run away with her boyfriend, they informed about it to the groom, who along with the wedding procession, returned home.

The bride’s family resides in Lucknow, and the girl was having relations with a man there. But her family was opposed to their relationship and had tried to get her married to someone from their community. So, they had come to their native village of Chaubepur in Kanpur for the marriage ceremony.

The girl was in touch with her lover and they planned up the escape.

Meanwhile, the groom’s family blamed the bride’s side for the whole issue. According to them for no reason they were humiliated.
