1 Injured As Goons Vandalise TMC Leader’s Office In Bengal

Kolkata: A few goons allegedly broke into Trinamool Congress politician Raju Nashkar’s office in Kolkata’s Beliaghata area on Sunday, according to West Bengal Police. Following the alleged incident, which happened in the area at around 1:30 PM, one person was hurt. He was sent to a local hospital.

The miscreants allegedly fired gunshots, pelted stones, and ransacked the office of the TMC leader, according to the police.

The police stated, “We were told it was a fallout of Trinamool Congress’s internal fight in Beliaghata.”

According to TMC leader Raju Nashkar, who was speaking to the media, “Alok Das, leader from another Trinamool Congress faction, was involved in this event. He wants to impose his will firmly here.

“I even spoke to our party officials about this, but no action was taken,” Raju continued.

“They beat up party activists and vandalised my office and car,” he claimed.
