3 Women, 1 Child Die in Wall Collapse During Pre-Wedding Function in UP

Lucknow: Three women and a child died when a wall collapsed during a pre-wedding function in the Ghosi area of Uttar Pradesh on Friday. Sixteen others were injured in this accident. The incident took place during the pre-wedding ‘haldi’ ceremony. Suddenly a wall collapsed on 20 persons present at the spot.

Four persons including three women died. Most of the injured persons were women. The deceased were identified as Pooja (35), Poonam (50), Chanda (20) and Aanvi (4).
