Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s Wife Rivaba Registers Thumping Win

Gandhinagar: Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Rivaba Jav Ravindrasinh Jadeja won the election on BJP’s ticket from the Jamnagar North-78 constituency.

As per the data available at the Election Commission of India, Rivabawas declared the winner with a whooping majority of 61065 votes.
She beat her nearest rival Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Karsan Karmur by a margin of more than 40, 000 votes.

After her victory became confirmed by the Election Commission from the constituency, she said, “It is not just victory for me but for all of us. I thank everyone who accepted me happily as a candidate, worked for me, reached out, and connected to people.”

“Gujarat was with BJP and will continue to be with them. The manner in which BJP worked in Gujarat for the last 27 years and established the Gujarat model, people believed they want to take forward the development journey with only BJP. Gujarat was with BJP and will continue to be with them,” she added.
