Rahul Dravid Ailing, Won’t Be With Team India For Rest Of SL Series

New Delhi: Team India’s head coach, Rahul Dravid, has taken a trip back to Bengaluru owing to some health issues. However, Dravid decided to stay with the team for the second One-Day International against Sri Lanka in Kolkata, which India won by four wickets to take a commanding 2-0 series lead. Dravid was not feeling well all day Thursday, as per sources.

According to reports, Dravid flew home around 3 AM on Friday and won’t be available for the third ODI in Thiruvananthapuram.

It was a walk in the park for India who won the game after scoring more than 370 runs in the series opener at Guwahati when Virat Kohli smashed his 45th century.

The bowlers joined in on the fun in the second game by holding Sri Lanka to a score below average. Mohammed Siraj and Kuldeep Yadav excelled by each collecting three wickets.

India suffered early wicket losses that made the chase challenging. However, KL Rahul calmed the ship and hit an unbeaten half-century to lead the squad home.
