Shraddha Murder Case: Over 6,600-Page Chargesheet Filed By Delhi Police

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Tuesday filed its chargesheet in the murder case of Shardhha Walkar murder. The 6,636-page chargesheet was filed within 75 days.

Shraddha Walkar was allegedly murdered by her live-in partner Aaftab Poonawala. After killing the woman, he chopped her body into several pieces.

These body pieces were stored by him in a refrigerator and were later disposed of in different locations in and around Delhi.

The body parts were disposed of by the killer over a long period of three months.

Meanwhile, the accused Aaftab Poonawala is in judicial custody. On January 10, the court extended his judicial custody by 14 days.

In jail, Poonawala requested for law books to study. The court also directed the prison authorities to provide warm clothes to this murder accused.
