WATCH: Passengers Get Into Brawl Onboard Bangkok-Kolkata Flight, Video Goes Viral

Some passengers on a Thai Smile Airways flight got into a full brawl during an unusual mid-flight altercation, with other passengers observing and some taking pictures of the unpleasant scene. Two guys can be seen fighting in a video that has gone viral on social media, and the flight’s crew is seen attempting to diffuse the situation.

One of the men can be heard saying “haath neeche kar,” while the other responds “shanti se baat kar”. Within seconds, the verbal dispute turns physical with one man angrily slapping the other.

The man can be seen taking off his glasses and punching the other man as the other man’s companions join the fight. However, the other man did not strike back and was just seen defending himself.

Co-passengers and flight attendants can be heard pleading with the man to stop fighting before some of the flight attendants are able to break up the brawl. According to reports, the incident happened aboard a flight from Bangkok to Kolkata.

“We’ve taken cognizance of the viral video which shows a fight between passengers on a Thai Airways flight to Kolkata. The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has sought a detailed report from the concerned authority. Further action to be taken,” said Zulfiquar Hasan, DG BCAS
