Archana Nag Case: Businessman and BJD MLA’s Brother Gangadhar Samal Appears before ED

Bhubaneswar: Businessman and BJD MLA Sudhir Samal’s brother Gangadhar Samal appeared before Enforcement Directorate (ED) today in connection to the Archana Nag case.

Samal is a car showroom owner, who was trapped by the lady blackmailer. He was found to be involved in carrying out financial transactions with Archana Nag. Reportedly, he transferred lakhs of rupees to Archana Nag’s bank account.

Earlier, Odia cine Producer Akshay Parija and Businessman Amiyakant Das also appeared before ED in connection to the lady blackmailer case.

Shradhanjali Behera, the aide of Archana Nag was interrogated today where she spilled the beans related to sextortion.

The ED has taken up the lady blackmailer Archana Nag’s money laundering case for investigation.

ED is trying to trace out the source of the huge amount of money and costly assets in possession of Archana and her husband. The bank accounts and properties of the couple are under the purview of the ED investigation.

It is alleged that Archana was trapping and blackmailing politicians, businessmen, and other influential persons through secret camera videos of their intimate moments. She is accused to have extorted lakhs of rupees from these big-shot victims of her honey trap. Akshay Parija’s complaint before the police had brought Archana Nag’s black deeds to the fore.
