Bombs Thrown at a House in Khordha

Khordha: Miscreants allegedly threw bombs at a house in Malipada village of Odisha’s Khordha district at late night on Friday.

Reportedly, around five to eight people barged into the house of one Madanmohan Pradhan of the village. They hurled at least four bombs at the house over suspected past enmity.

According to sources, some parts of the house were damaged in the attack. However, no one was injured.

After receiving information, the local Police reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.

“I and my friends were picnicking near Bhagabati temple yesterday. However, another group, having a feast there spoke abusively to us. Later, they barged into my house and hurled bombs at our residence. They also ransacked our properties,” said Madanmohan Pradhan.
