Brawl Over Two-Wheeler Parking: Miscreants Attack 3 Youths With Swords In Berhampur

Ganjam: As many as three youths sustained severe injuries after being attacked by miscreants at Hilpatna 3 line intersection under Gosani Nuaga police station limits in Berhampur on Wednesday evening.

The injured have been identified as Sudarshan Das, Harihar Manigarahi, and Kumud Ranjan Brahma who are undergoing treatment at a local health facility.

According to reports, a verbal altercation ensued between the miscreants and the trio over vehicle parking. Irate over the matter, the miscreants attacked the trio with swords, leaving them critically injured.

On being informed, police reached the spot and detained one person in this connection.

Further investigation is underway in this regard.
