Couple found Hanging from Tree in Odisha’s Boudh

Boudh: The bodies of a man and a woman were found hanging from a tree in the forest near Bagiyapada Gaude Engineering College. It is suspected to be a suicide case.

The deceased young man was identified as Ajit Bhoi of Kantapally where as the woman’s identification is not yet found.

The locals who went to the forest to gather wood found the body hanging from the tree. They immediately informed the police about the incident.

On being informed, Bagiyapada police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. The actual cause of death is yet to be ascertained. It is suspected that both the young man and woman were a couple.

Further investigation is underway.
