Direct Flights To Singapore, Bangkok From Bhubaneswar Starts On June 5

Bhubaneswar: The much-awaited direct flight service from Bhubaneswar to Singapore and Bangkok will start on June 5.

According to reports,  the bi-weekly services were scheduled to Singapore and Bangkok to Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA).

Meanwhile, the BPIA director has also confirmed that they have received the schedule from IndiGo and all necessary logistical support would be provided for smooth operation.

It is worth mentioning here that Bhubaneswar was directly connected to Dubai by air on May 15 with IndiGo’s Airbus-320 operating from the city thrice a week. These flights to Dubai, Singapore, and Bangkok are expected to boost Odisha tourism and open the gateway to south-east Asian countries.
