FBI confirms COVID Emerged from Wuhan Lab of China

The director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of the US has confirmed that Coronavirus infections started from the Wuhan laboratory in China. Through a tweet, the FBI informed, “FBI Director Christopher Wray confirmed that the Bureau has assessed that the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic likely originated from a lab incident in Wuhan, China,”

“The FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan… I will just make the observation that the Chinese government… has been doing its best to try to thwart and obfuscate the work here, the work that we’re doing, the work that our US government and close foreign partners are doing,” said FBI chief.

The update, in less than five pages, wasn’t requested by the US Congress. But lawmakers, particularly House and Senate Republicans, have been pursuing their own investigations into the origins of the pandemic. They are putting pressure on the Joe Biden administration and the intelligence community for more information regarding origin of COVID-19.

It is well known that the infection of Coronavirus was first reported in Wuhan of China in November 2019. But China has put limits on investigations by the World Health Organisation (WHO). China is not agreeing that the killer leaked from one of its labs. It claims this virus emerged outside China.
