Hema & Her Lover Arrested for Murdering Husband

Delhi: Hema and her lover Sachin were arrested by Delhi Police on charges of murder of the woman’s husband.

On December 4, personnel of Mandawali police station started an investigation regarding the death of a man named Suresh, who was admitted to a hospital in an unconscious state and died later.

During investigation, police officials became suspicious when Hema, the wife of Suresh tried to evade the police through different pleas.

Post mortem report proved that Suresh had died due to the combined effect of asphyxia caused by compression of the neck and injury of the liver by blunt force impact. There were internal as well as external injuries on the head, neck, chest, and abdomen of the deceased.

Following this report, it became clear that it was a case of murder.

Some contradictory statements of Hema as well hints from her son Nishant and neighbours who brought the deceased to the hospital spilled the fact that the wife of the deceased and her lover may be the murder suspects.

Breaking down during police interrogation, Hema and her lover Sachin confessed to the crime. Hema was in a relationship with Sachin for the past two years. She wanted to live with Sachin. So, Hema and Sachin hatched a conspiracy to kill Suresh. They intoxicated Suresh, strangled him, and kicked his neck and abdomen till he died.
