Jeypore’s Last Queen Rama Kumari Devi Dies at 90

Jeypore: Rama Kumari Devi, the last queen of the royal family of Jeypore in Odisha’s Koraput district passed away at the age of 90. She died at the Moti Mahal Palace in Jeypore.

Queen Rama Kumari Devi is the wife of Ram Krishna Dev, the last king of Jeypore. She was being attended by her daughter-in-law Sarika Devi and grandson Chandrachud Dev.

Rama Kumari Devi reportedly was the former legislator of Madgul in Andhra Pradesh.
