Minor Girl Found Hanging at School for Blind, Deaf and Dumb in Cuttack

Cuttack: A minor girl in school for blind, deaf and dumb was found hanging in Odisha’s Cuttack district on Tuesday.

The incident has come to the fore from the Nuasahi area under Bidanasi police station limits.

According to sources, the girl was a student in class eight of the school for the blind, deaf and dumb.

On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the girl’s body. The cops sent the body for post-mortem to SCB Medical College and Hospital.

The reason behind taking such an extreme step is yet to be ascertained. Further details are awaited.
