PM Modi to Visit Sambalpur on Feb 3, Preparations in Full Swing

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Sambalpur in Odisha on February 3. State Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena chaired a high-level meeting at Lok Seba Bhawan on Thursday regarding the preparations for the PM’s visit. According to reports, the Prime Minister arrive at Jharsuguda airport from New Delhi. He will travel to Sambalpur from there by a special Indian Air Force aircraft to Sambalpur.

The Prime Minister will arrive at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur at 2.15 pm to attend a programme. Later he would address a public meeting at Remed Ground.

During his visit to Sambalpur, he will inaugurate the upgraded Sambalpur Railway station and dedicate the 168-km long Sambalpur-Talcher railway line.

Besides, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stones and inaugurate projects of Rs 5816 crore.
