Smriti Irani’s Daughter Gets Married in Rajasthan Fort

New Delhi: TV soap star turned Union Minister Smriti Irani’s stepdaughter Shanelle Irani got married to Arjun Bhalla on Thursday. This marriage ceremony took place in Khimsar Fort in Nagaur district near Jodhpur.

The engagement ceremony of the couple was held in 2021. Smriti had shared photos of the couple on her social media.

Smriti Irani married Zubin Irani in 2001. The couple has two sons, Zohr and Zoish. Shanelle is Smriti’s stepdaughter who was born to Zubin and his former wife Mona.

Photos from Shanelle’s wedding showing Smriti wearing bright red attire have been circulating on social media.

As per media reports haldi and mehendi functions of Shanelle’s wedding were held at the venue on Wednesday. Photos making rounds on social media hint that it was a lavish wedding. But only close friends and relatives of both families attended this marriage ceremony. Not many VIPs were present. Nearly 50 guests from both sides were invited.

The wedding ceremony took place at the 15th century Khimsar Fort, which is now a heritage hotel. The groom arrived on a white mare. He was welcomed by Smriti, her husband Zubin Irani, former Rajasthan minister Gajendra Singh and other members of the bride’s family.
