‘World No Tobacco Day’ is observed on May 31 every year to create awareness regarding the harms associated with tobacco consumption. The theme for this year’s ‘World No Tobacco Day’ is ‘We need food, not tobacco’. This year’s theme aims to raise awareness of alternative crop production and encourage farmers to grow sustainable and nutritious crops.
