4 ‘Irani Gang’ Members Arrested From Raipur By Commissionerate Police

Raipur/Bhubaneswar: Four members of the ‘Irani gang’ have been arrested by the Twin City Commissionerate Police. The police also recovered 5 motorcycles and 17 gold chains from their possession. The gang members were infamous for disguising themselves as police officers in order to loot valuables from people.

The dreaded dacoits, according to the police, were captured from Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

According to the police, they have over 20 criminal charges pending against them at several police stations across the nation.

Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and the North East are all part of this gang’s network. After carrying out the plunder, this gang avoids staying anywhere for an extended period of time.

Although a case was registered against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), sources claim that they have forwarded the case to court.
