Body Of Cricketer Rajashree Swain Handed Over To Family After Autopsy

Cuttack: Gurudijhatia police handed over the body of Odisha woman cricketer Rajashree Swain this evening to her family members after conducting of an autopsy at the SCB Medical College & Hospital in Cuttack.

Police said that Rajashree’s cause of death will be only known after the autopsy report is available.

On the other hand, the woman cricketer’s father Gobinda Swain has alleged that his daughter has been murdered.

Gobinda has filed a complaint at Mangalabag police station here alleging that his daughter was murdered.

Reportedly, the 22-year-old woman cricketer, who had gone missing under mysterious circumstances, was found hanging from a tree in a dense forest near Athagarh in Cuttack district on Friday.
